Baseball Tryouts

Jacob's age group was first, but he was number 14 so it took a while. Jacob did sooooo Great -- he caught all the balls but one! They had Jacob hang back because the Minor A coaches thought he has a good arm and wanted him to possibly play up! We were so very proud of him!!

** as a side note we will not be letting him play up even if they decide they want him. I think he needs to be a better "all around player" first. **

Jeremy was next. He is going into the Minor A's, he did good - but we were amazed at how advanced the other kids were -- hopefully this motivates him to practice more. We are still very proud of him he tried his best and didnt give up!!

Warriors vs. The Thunder

Okay so Oklahoma won by 1 point 122 to 121!! It made for a pretty exciting game though!

We were totally stoked when Magette made the slam dunk! And then shot after shot nothing but net!
Turaf is an utter disappointment though - he fouls WAY too much giving Oklahoma 4 free throws in one qtr!

The boys love it! Including the drunk guy behind Jeremy! I think they call him Rylo.

Family Photos, Manresa Beach, Our Tony Hawks

We finally narrowed down our decision on the family portraits we wanted to order. We chose these and one of all four of us for now. Tiffany Johnson did a great job - you can see the rest of our photos here.

Sharks vs. Tampa Bay Lightning

The Sharks won 7 to 1 against the Tampa Bay Lightning! Two of Tampa's players were kicked off the ice for misconduct! We had the best seats in section 109 row 15!

I think the boys really liked it when they scored! Everyone would get up and shout when the buzzer went off! Very exciting.

Pictionary and Sunset Beach

Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of the pictionary game -- it was super fun and we all had a great time -- we will definitely be doing it again.

**Side note: We got to meet Danny and Jana's new baby Gizmo and we are super proud of Brody for being such a good boy!! -- Blogger is being a nasty turd and not letting me down load all my pictures so I will post the pictures of the poochies later.**

Sunset Beach -- where we wanted to have a camping trip, but it looks like it is going to have to be at Maresa Beach instead -- we'll see...

Jeremy had his first Panorama on the Cahuilla Indians due this month. Ryan and Jeremy

had a great time putting this together!

Here he is making their home.

Almost finished... they are going to add a flying eagle. We got all of this stuff at Michael's.

Jeremy and his project - they still need to add the eagle, and write the story.

This project is sure to be an A+!!!
