The Master Cleanse
Thats right folks I am starting the master cleanse before I begin the new diet. Just thinking about all the grose toxins in my body makes me feel sick!!
My boss actually did this last week and said it was awesome! It gives you balance and mental clearity ahhhhh. Well -- I will keep you all updated on my progress!
